How can I withdraw funds via my Client Portal?
In order to submit a withdrawal request, access your Client Area and go to the Cash Operations section.
Click on Withdraw tab and fill in all the required fields of the withdrawal form. You must select the Bank account you want to use, indicate the cash account you want to withdraw from, and confirm the currency and the amount. To finalize the process click on the Complete Transfer button.
The system will generate a Confirmation of Withdrawal. Please check the details before you send your request for approval.
Once the withdrawal request is received, our Payments department will check it and will update its status. You can see the actual status of your withdrawal in the History section (Cash Operations)
