Can I access my trading accounts through multiple devices simultaneously?
Hammer platform can be accessed through multiple devices.
It is not possible to access your Sterling or Lightspeed account from two or more devices simultaneously. When trying to access the account for a second time you will receive the error message "Account is already logged in". In case you would like to start a new session from a different device, please contact Customer Service via firstname.lastname@example.org so they could assist you further.
