Is it possible to pause my trading account for certain period?

It is possible to pause an account for a month or two and disable its market data and software fees. We can pause your trading account only after receiving an official request from you via email.

* Please, keep in mind that the Platform Fee and the Market Data Feeds are billed in full on the 1st of each month. Accounts that are paused mid-month will be charged in full for the month canceled. If you want to avoid this charge, the termination request must be sent 48 hours prior to the beginning of the next month.
