How can I close my account?

If you’d like to close your account, you’ll need to sell any shares you may have first and withdraw your funds. Once you’ve done so, just email support@alaricsecurities.com letting us know that you’d like to close your account.

 The account closure can take up to 2 business days.

* Please, keep in mind that the Platform Fee and the Market Data Feeds are billed in full on the 1st of each month. Cancellations mid-month will be charged in full for the month canceled. If you want to avoid this charge, the termination request must be sent 48 hours prior to the beginning of the next month.
