Why was my document rejected?
In case your documents are rejected, you’ll get a notification email explaining the reason for the rejection.
The possible reason for rejection could be one or several of the following:
- the information on your documents doesn't match the information you have already provided.
- the document is empty
- the document has reached its expiration date
- the scan or picture is of bad quality
- the document has been submitted in the incorrect category
- the document is not signed and/or dated
- the document was not entirely submitted (missing pages, scan/picture not centered)
