I can not open trades, why?
To open a trade, follow the instructions below:
- Open the Tab“Trading” and mark the field “Enable trading”. Below this field you should see your trading account.
- Mark GSM as Default Market data of Alaric by going to Settings >> Data Sources >> Configure Account >> GSM.
IMPORTANT: If you received an automatic order rejection message, please check the exact reason here (link to Trading messages (order rejections). Please make sure that you have selected the correct venue in the "Trading” section . In the "Order Settings " field you must select SMART in the "Default route" section. By choosing this option the platform is automatically selecting the venues and placing your orders. This is the best and most secure way during increased volatility.
