All European Brokers report to the European Securities and Market Authority (ESMA). As such, Alaric Securities abides by strict MiFIDII rules on Client Asset segregation. As you are the owner of your account, we keep your money separate from the Broker’s assets.
Moreover, Alaric Securities is a member of the Investor Compensation Fund (“ICF”), which provides compensation to clients in the event that the company is unable to meet its obligations towards its clients. As per the regulation, a minimum level of compensation per investor of €20,000 is offered to our clients.
