Why are there extra security measures at login?

To help ensure the safety of your account, we have added additional security measures when attempting to sign in to your account (2FA).

As an extra layer of security, we use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) that will require our clients to use both their password and a Time-based One-time Password, generated every 30 seconds, to verify their identity when accessing their accounts.

As a first step, you will have to introduce your e-mail and password. If both are correct, you will need to use an Authentication App. The two-factor authentication app will provide you with a unique six-digit verification code that will be required to input in a dedicated box.
